Summer Residence Description and Interior

The architecture of our summer residence is characterized by a 6 meter high tower, which harmoniously combines ground and upper floor. The associated and non-visible property is surrounded by the sea on one hand and on the other hand by numerous plants which provides tranquility and privacy.

The tasteful and welcoming interiors, as well as the modern facilities offer you the opportunity to make your stay as pleasant as possible. The house is designed for two people, but unsuitable for children due to the exposed location.

The house has a total living area of ​​80 m² and several terraces with a total size of ​​approximately 35 m². In the entrance area there is a contemporary and fully equipped kitchen. The warmly decorated living area joins in seamlessly. Large sliding glass doors provide access to the terraces.  Adjacent to the living room, a conservatory offers unlimited view of the sea and the bay of Cala en Porter. From here you also have the possibility to enter the main terrace.

A tower in the entrance area leads to the upper floor. Here is the bedroom with a canopy bed for two people as well as an adjoining small bathroom and a dressing room. Another balcony offers an unobstructed view of the sea.
